 Keynote speaker | World Champion

Jeroen Nollet

Looking for growth?

Look to your fears and jump towards them.

That's where the gold is!

Jeroen as speaker

Fear indicates we are expanding our horizons. Use fear as a compass and it guides us towards personal and professional growth. This internal compass has been instrumental in my personal story.

Jumping out of a plane set me on a journey to becoming a 4way world champion skydiver.

A setback in life led me to marathons, today I tackle long mountain ultra trails.

A request to speak for entrepreneurs has launched me as speaker on stage.

As a motivational speaker, I empower people and teams to leave no stone unturned!

Use fear as your compass and it wil broaden your horizon.

Huge thank you to Jeroen Nollet for sharing his views on the insights of Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi on "Flow", how this relates to our sport and how we can all apply this in our lives.

I am already a fan of the casual simplicity with which Jeroen delivered his keynote.

Hard to describe Jeroen in just a few scentences. His words and actions inspired me to give my very best effort. It resulted in winning a World Champion title!

Who is Jeroen?

A desire, maybe even a dream early on in my life had me join the army when I was 15. Just 3 years later I was standing in the back of a C130 plane. The door open and flying at 240 km / hr. While I was looking down upon the fields and tiny houses my heart was racing. Fear and excitement flooding my body. Rumbling noise and chilling wind filling the plane. Being just one step away from everything I dreamt of for years! All that was left to do was take that one step we all dread so much. A step in the face of fear into the unknown.

Seconds later my life would never be the same!

HayaBusa (*Japanese for peregrine falcon) is part of the Belgian army. The team competes in 4way formation skydiving. A discipline where each competing team has to form as many pre determined formations as possible during 35 seconds of free fall.
